We love Hello Hills Camp! Both my daughters (5 and 9) did it together one year, and it was their favorite camp of the summer. Calm, adventurous, rejuvenating. They would have preferred to be there the whole summer I think. As a parent I love that they are so excited to be spending time outside, away from technology, and becoming little nature lovers.

Small Wonders & Tiny Creatures: July 10-14

Our first week is about getting to know each other and getting to know the land through the smallest pairs of eyes! During week one, we explore new landmarks such as tree groves, rock pockets and meadows, searching for the secret lives and homes of insects, lizards and other reptiles and all creatures smaller than a song bird.

Healing Plant Magic:

July 17-21 AND July 24-July 28

Blackberry, fennel, red wood sorrel, wild mustard and sage. Join as we become acquainted with this region's shimmering array of plant life. Together, we make herbal concoctions and discover the infinite healing wisdom of plants. Paint a portrait of a plant, honor their life, make a new plant friend, and taste their magic!

Birds & Mythical Creatures: July 31- August 4

Step into this week’s portal to view the hidden magical creatures that help tend, beautify and brighten our natural surroundings! Perhaps there will be a sighting of the Merpeople of the bay, or the Hum Plum Tree, or the Cloudberry Dragon. We will practice being bird detectives: observing what birds eat, how do they protect their nest. Let’s see what gorgeous, unique and inspiring creatures present themselves when we whisper them into being, listen and believe.
